Clean the affected area of skin. The skin should be clean and dry.
Smooth out any wrinkles with your fingers. Make sure no creases form.
Place the pad on the forehead. Do not use additional creams or serums under the pad.
To achieve visible results, wear the pad regularly for at least 1 hour.
Clean the pad after every 2nd to 3rd use under running water with an oil-free soap. Then let it air dry on the foil.
Continue with your usual skincare routine after application.
