Start by outlining the Cupid's bow. Then fill in the upper lip completely. Outline the lower lip and also fill it with color.

With brush 3 or the A2 Pro Brush, you can further define or accentuate the lip shape. For a soft, smudged look, blend a small amount of the Pro Pencil with brush 18. For dry lips, use a Lip Primer beforehand.
