WHAT IT IS

Lip liner: First pull the cap straight off (do not twist). For extra precision, sharpen before each use. Draw around the lips and shape them to achieve the desired shape. Matte or satin lipstick: First draw the cupid's bow. Then fill in the rest of the upper lip. Draw around the lower lip and fill it in. Lip Velvet: Use the tip of the applicator to draw the cupid's bow, shape the center of the lips, and draw the outer edges. Use the flat, paddle-shaped edge of the pen in a gentle motion across the lips to achieve a fully pigmented, truly matte, soft color.
