Théophile LeClerc's kohl pencils add structure and definition to the eyes for an intense look. The waterproof formula has the perfect blend of intense pigments to last in humid weather and keep eyes looking gorgeous all day long. The creamy texture is effortless to apply and provides intense results.
Apply the kohl pencil as eyeliner along the upper lash line. To visually lengthen the eyes and make them look more almond-shaped, strengthen the eyeliner at the outer corner of the eye. Gently lift the eyelid and draw a V where the upper and lower lash lines meet. For a smokey eye look, blend the eyeliner on the upper eyelid with your finger or the PIN6 brush, then apply the liner on the lower lash line. For an oriental look, apply the shade "Noir Parisien" on the waterline.
