Théophile LeClerc eye pencils give structure and depth to the eyes for an intense look. Its easy-to-apply texture does not pull on the eyelid skin and stays perfectly in place all day long. Try out all the make-up effects you can achieve with these eyeliner pencils: iridescent, metallic, matte or intense. These pigment-rich pens are designed to deliver intense, long-lasting results. Your eyes will look deeper, more intense and more beautiful.
Apply the kohl pencil as eyeliner along the upper lash line. To visually lengthen the eyes and make them look more almond-shaped, strengthen the eyeliner at the outer corner of the eye. Gently lift the eyelid and draw a V where the upper and lower lash lines meet. For a smokey eye look, blend the eyeliner on the upper eyelid with your finger or the PIN6 brush, then apply the liner on the lower lash line. For an oriental look, apply the shade "Noir Parisien" on the waterline.
