What it is:

Use the tip to define the eye. Apply one layer for a daytime look. Redraw the line a second time to increase intensity. Create a dramatic look by adding curl to your eyeliner. To prevent drying, close the eye liner tightly until you hear it click into place. Use makeup remover or a cleansing tissue to gently remove it.
