    It does sharpen.

    Reading all reviews on how other can't sharpen it, I found a blog that said to buy a " Double Edge Sharpener " If you buy one of these, it does sharpen and you will have it longer. I don't find it real waterproof, as I swim and it does smudge in pool wate...
