To enhance the effect, apply the 4-step firming massage:
To redefine, place thumbs under the chin and press along the jawline. Repeat 6 times.
To lift, press from the jawline upward to under the cheekbones. Repeat 6 times.
For more contour, press with middle fingers at the beginning of the eyebrows (3 seconds) and stroke along the bones under the eyes to the temples. Repeat 6 times.
To firm, lift with four fingers from the angle of the jaw to the temple. Gently stretch with the other hand and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat the process 3 times on each side.
