He fondly remembers his early days in Morocco, when he was still amazed by 'the women who beat white blossoms from the bitter orange trees with sticks and caught them in large white cloths.' Undoubtedly the scent of happiness. 'We have internalized the scent of orange blossoms. The flowers grow on bitter orange trees and smell particularly intense.
