Carefully wet hair from roots to tips with warm water. Lather up a dab of Thick shampoo in your hands, then apply it to the roots and scalp. Rinse off. Squeeze out excess water before applying the conditioner. Apply a dab of Thick conditioner, focusing on the ends. Rinse with cold water to seal hair cuticles and add shine.
