About this product

This intelligent multi-tasking tonic targets dull and uneven skin to brighten, clarify and illuminate even the most sensitive complexions. Azeloglicina™ (a derivative of azelaic acid that is combined with glycerine to be gentler on the skin while still providing the same benefits) reduces the appearance of dark spots and increases hydration for a brighter and more even skin tone. Succinic acid, considered an evolution of salicylic acid, is more effective yet less aggressive and helps control oil while minimising pores, detoxifying and reducing their appearance. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and blemish-prone skin, and has been proven in clinical studies to reduce the amount of sebum and blackheads more effectively than salicylic acid. Five other highly effective active ingredients plump up the skin, moisturising, renewing and making it glow again – for a radiant complexion with fewer fine lines and wrinkles. This gently exfoliating essence is the first step in your post-cleansing ritual and prepares your skin for optimum absorption of subsequent skincare products. Mandelic acid, a brightening AHA, works on the top layer of the skin to remove dead cells and improve skin radiance (this ingredient is a large molecule and has been carefully selected to improve skin texture and reduce sensitivity). Micro-Peeling Glow Essence has a skin-friendly pH value of 4.7, which means that it causes less irritation (the skin's pH value is 5.5).
