Avoid intense midday sun. Excessive exposure to the sun is dangerous. Don't stay in the sun for too long, even if you're using a sunscreen product, as it won't provide 100% protection, even with a high SPF. Apply sunscreen before sunbathing. Apply multiple times to maintain sun protection, especially after being in water, drying and sweating. Apply generously. Small quantities reduce the protection performance. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight. Use protective clothing for babies and toddlers and sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF 30 or more). In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly. Avoid contact with textiles.
