Keeps you warm and smart-looking, but not dry
Recently bought this to take on a 3 week holiday to Central Europe. Temperatures were in 0-10 degree C range under overcast skies. I wore it every day. Did a good job keeping me warm, looking spiffy and holding lots in a number of pockets. Seems well made...
