When you complete your order, we offer the convenient option of having your parcel delivered to your nearest Hermes ParcelShop.
If your delivery address is already pre-selected in the checkout, simply click on the pencil icon next to the address to select a Hermes ParcelShop.

To pick your parcel up from a Hermes ParcelShop:
You'll receive a notification email from us first. Then pick-up your parcel anytime during the shop's opening hours. Please make sure to take a valid piece of ID when you collect the parcel.
Your parcel will be kept for you at the ParcelShop for a maximum of 10 working days. Afterwards, it will be automatically returned to us.
