Apply cream or facial oil evenly to the neck or the area you are treating. Start the machine by pressing the on/off button. Select the mode according to individual needs by pressing lightly the on/off button. Use point pressure at acupoints to relieve muscle tension, or start from the bottom of the neck and carefully lift it until the jawline without using too much pressure. Continue this massage for 5-10 minutes. You can use the device multiple times a week. The red light comes with a 45°C temperature; make sure this is comfortable for you. Discontinue use if this doesn’t feel comfortable or your skin looks red afterwards. If you have sensitive skin, be aware you might not be able to use the red light due to the temperature. Press and hold the on/off button for 1 second to close the product. Clean the device with a dry cloth and store it in a cool and dry place.
