Prep with FabuLash Prime + Boost to unlock a show-stopping volume. How to use: Place the felt tip along the lash line. Draw a line from the inner corner of the eye or from where you want it to start. Make the line wider where you want to lift the eye. Paint a wing from the edge of the eye up towards the outer corner of the eyebrow. Store the eyeliner with the tip down to ensure an even flow.
