Perform the Gua Sha facial massage on cleansed skin covered with your favorite oil or serum using movements from inside to outside. Perform the massage according to the instructions on the packaging.
Cleanse your face and spray it with hydrolat, then apply your favorite oil or serum.
Start massaging at the forehead, moving from inside to outside and then to the lymph nodes.
Repeat the process on cheekbones, chin and neck.
Massage the eye area and eyebrows to direct excess lymph to the outer part of the face and then towards the lymph nodes.
