The Professional Eyebrow Pencil, now cleanly formulated, is a bestseller in the Collistar makeup range. Contour can be defined with a few, quick, and precise strokes and stays there with long-lasting, waterproof hold of up to 12 hours. The Professional Eyebrow Pencil is equipped with a new and practical brush applicator, providing instant structure and volume to the brows.
The new formula of the Professional Eyebrow Pencil is clean and vegan-friendly. With the addition of Carnauba wax, it is versatile and easily modifiable, giving shape and structure to the eyebrow. Plant-based Candelilla wax, on the other hand, provides shine and makes the hairs easy to manage. This skincare formula is rounded off by sunflower oil, which acts strengthening on the structure of the eyebrows with its nourishing and restructuring properties. Contains no microplastics or mineral oils.
Ophthalmologically tested. Without ingredients of animal origin, without silicones, and nickel-controlled, < 0.0005% nickel.
