Collistar Clean Research® has developed IMPECCABILE Mascara Base, the first mascara base in completely recyclable packaging, which is a true volume, length, and definition booster. The moisturizing formula is enriched with a precious, sustainable chestnut extract from Italy, which acts progressively strengthening. The special texture in delicate mint green is smooth and modulable, enhancing the results of the mascara by achieving an even more defined and longer-lasting makeup effect. For guaranteed highest effectiveness, the formula is combined with an innovative applicator made of the latest generation elastomer. This allows all lashes, even the shortest ones, to be supplied with the optimal amount of product from the first application. Free from silicones, phenoxyethanol, and acrylic polymers, the formula of Impeccabile Base Mascara is considered vegan-friendly. Enriched with a blend of plant waxes (carnauba, sunflower, myrtle, rice, rose) and a chestnut extract from certified organic farming in the Apennines between Tuscany and Emilia, it acts on the surface of the lashes, surrounding them with a film that moisturizes and protects, thus maintaining the health of the lashes. By adding a special extract of Myrothamnus flabellifolius, also known as the resurrection plant, it improves the anchoring of each lash in the hair follicle, nourishes them, and promotes growth and density. As a result, the lashes are strengthened, moisturized, and more supple. The design of the completely recyclable bottle with cap of Impeccabile Base Mascara is matte white, elegant, and modern, adorned with diamonds in a nude shade. Ophthalmologically tested. Without ingredients of animal origin, without silicones, and nickel-controlled, < 0.0005% nickel.
