● High Impact™ Easy Liquid Eyeliner can create a range of looks, from natural definition to a bold cat eye or dramatic winged effect. To draw a thin line, use the pen’s narrow tip. For a thicker line, lay the pen flat.
● Use Take the Day Off™ Cleansing Balm before cleanser and other treatment products. Massage balm over dry skin with your fingertips. Rinse well with warm water. Pat dry.
