Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them afterwards with a clean towel. Apply a pea-sized amount of hand cream to the back of your hand. Rub in the cream by pressing the backs of your hands together, and then carefully massage it in - especially along the cuticles and on all dry spots.
