Darlings, The Classic Eyeliner is an eyeliner pencil shade ideal for subtle definition around your eyes. Enriched with a mix of specially-blended oils & fine opaque powders for a super soft, blendable line.
To use this product, start by applying from the inner corner of the upper eyelid closest to the lash line. Draw a thin line outward until you reach about two-thirds of the way to the outer corner, then gently extend the line upwards to create the illusion of an almond-shaped eye. Work quickly to correct any mistakes, as the formula dries in just 30 seconds. For a clean and precise look, sharpen your eyeliner pencil regularly using the Charlotte Tilbury pencil sharpener (sold separately).
