Exfoliating gel with AHA and BHA: The exfoliating gel from CeraVe has a light texture and locks in moisture to ensure long-lasting skin hydration. 3 essential ceramides preserve the skin’s natural protective barrier and help prevent new breakouts. AHA glycolic acid smooths uneven skin, while BHA salicylic acid refines the pores.

Before applying the CeraVe Blemish Control Gel, thoroughly clean any dirt from your facial skin with a gentle cleanse. Then apply a thin layer of the exfoliator with salicylic acid to the affected face areas, avoiding the eye contours. It is recommended to apply the gel in the evening. Only use the exfoliator once a day at first. The exfoliator can be repeated up to three times a day as needed and depending on the skin’s tolerance. Discuss the application with your dermatologist if necessary.
