Additional information: The unique material of the Beautyblender is aquaactivated™. When moistened, it expands to about twice its size and becomes super soft to achieve a uniform, smooth blend that adapts to the skin. Beautyblender has chosen to use nontoxic, watersoluble dyes. Therefore, it may release dye during the first cleanings similar to a pair of jeans. Squeezing the water out of the Beautyblender also removes excess dye. The dye does not transfer to the skin.
