Use once or twice a week. For severe redness also (several times) daily. Apply the mask generously and leave it on the skin for two to ten minutes. Then remove with a cotton pad. If the skin is dehydrated and reddened for this reason, a moisturising mask should be applied every week in alternation with this cream mask.
