Put a small amount of Exfoliating Foot Scrub in your wet hands and rub it all over the foot. Focus first on the heel and ball of the foot, then on the spaces between the toes, the nails, and the upper part of the foot. Add more water to help the scrub move better. Remove the foot scrub with lukewarm water.
