When do I have to start paying?
All Zalando Plus benefits are free during the trial period. If you terminate your membership during the trial period, you will not incur any costs. Once your trial period is complete, payment will be made annually by direct debit, using the payment method you specify. You will be informed via email 5 days before each payment is due.
You can check when your annual subscription fee is due in the Membership Area under ‘My Membership’.
I am not currently offered a trial period. How is this possible?
If the trial period is not available for you, it may be because you have used the trial period in the past. During some special events, no trial period may be offered.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can quickly terminate your membership by going to "My Zalando Plus" in your customer account. Under "More information" you can cancel your membership.
If you cancel your membership before the end of your trial period or before your annual renewal date, all the program benefits will still be available for you until this date.
Your 12-month membership begins at the end of the trial period.
The free trial period can only be used once per customer and will not be offered again upon re-registration with Zalando Plus.
