During the current health crisis, we are supporting stores across the country. So, while they’re closed, you can safely order many of their items through us (depending on availability) and the store will receive the revenues. We host the platform, they take care of delivery, and for you, shopping stays straightforward.
How can I tell if an item is shipped by a store?
If an item is available directly from a store, you’ll be notified on the product page itself: "This item is sold and shipped directly from a store #supportthestores".
You can also see which items you’ve already purchased from a store in your customer account. These items will be clearly marked with the name of the store that sold them to you.
If you have a combination of Zalando and store items in your order, these may be shipped to you in separate packages.
How can I return an order from a store?
You can return items sold and shipped directly from a store free of charge within a period of 100 days - just like any other Zalando order. We only ask that you return the items directly to the store that shipped them.
To make a return, simply pack the items you wish to return back into their box and put the enclosed return label on the box. Using the enclosed label guarantees that your return reaches the correct address.
Keep the courier’s return receipt until your refund has been processed, which can take up to 14 days after the warehouse has received your item.
