Unlike a conventional hair dryer, the Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer measures the air temperature over 40 times a second to maintain shine and regulates the heat. This prevents extreme heat damage. to help protect your hair's shine.
Scalp protect mode
A Time of Flight sensor automatically adjusts temperature to maintain an optimal target temperature of 55°C at the scalp², for improved moisture retention.

A small but powerful Dyson Hyperdymium™ motor generates a high-velocity jet of controlled air.

Pause detect
An accelerometer detects movement and knows when the machine is put down, deactivating the heater and decreasing airflow.
Designed for balance
The Supersonic has been rebalanced - the motor is not in the head but in the handle to make it easier to use.

With the Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer, you can create a wide variety of styles. Whether a smooth finish, beach waves or curls: it is suitable for every hair type.
The five intelligent attachments are suitable for different stylings and hair types:
New Waves + Curls diffuser - new format diffuser disperses airflow in two different ways. In the Dome mode, the air is drawn into the dome and infused through the hair, enhancing natural waves or curls for a more defined finish.⁵ In the Diffuse mode, air is gently diffused through longer prongs to reach deeper into the hair - for textured, voluminous curls and coils.
Gentle airflow attachment - fast yet gentle for comfrotable up-close drying and styling.
Wide tooth comb - engineered to detangle, shape and lengthen curly or coily hair.
Flyaway attachment - for sleek, straight styles. Coanda airflow to hide flyaways.
Styling concentrator - re-engineered with a wide, thinner blade of air for precision styling.
The Dyson Supersonic Nural™ includes three precise airflow settings and four precise temperature settings that can be adjusted to suit your needs and hair type. A constant cold setting is used to fix the styling.
